api 명세서 작성을 위한 스웨거 세팅입니다.
스웨거 관련 의존성을 build.gradle에 추가했고, 프로그램 실행 시에 jakarta.validation.NoProviderFoundException 에러가 있어서
validation 관련 의존성도 추가해주었습니다.
